Vlada Galan is a Senior Vice President in Mercury’s London office. She is an acclaimed political strategist, who has advised, managed and consulted for various political campaigns, heads of state and international organizations across five continents. Her work includes presidential, prime ministerial, senatorial, gubernatorial and congressional races, both domestic and international.

Vlada’s vast experience as a campaign manager, political director, grassroots coordinator, communications specialist and top fundraiser has led to her excellence as an advisor and international consultant managing client relationships in over 12 countries. Working in many regions across the globe, she is no stranger to differing political climates and cultures.

Vlada’s work experience includes presidential elections in Ukraine, Israel, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Mexico and Zambia among other countries. In 2018, she helped elect Marta Lucía Ramírez the first female Vice President of Colombia.

Prior to joining Mercury, Vlada worked at Avenue Strategies, a full-service government affairs and political consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. She joined as the youngest member and first female in the group. Earlier in her political career, Vlada led her own political consulting firm, Quantum International Strategies, specializing in communications and election work.

Vlada received her B.A. in political science from Georgia State University and continued her education at Harvard University in international relations. She enjoys guest speaking at universities and national conferences on public affairs and international politics.
