Senior Vice President
Jeremy Custer has spent his career bringing together politics, public policy, and economic development to solve problems and deliver results. Drawing on experience in both government and political campaigns, he believes the best politics are rooted in good policy that improves people's lives.

Over the past decade, Jeremy has advised elected officials, managed winning political campaigns, and helped shape public policy on issues including infrastructure, workforce and affordable housing, government finance, tax policy, economic development, supplier diversity, and labor relations. With deep relationships across organized labor, the building trades, business, and government, he has built broad coalitions around practical, pro-growth solutions that strengthen communities and create opportunity.

Among Jeremy's career highlights are helping elect the first Democrat to represent DuPage County in the Illinois Senate in more than a century, playing a key role in the successful campaign to pass Illinois' Workers' Rights Amendment, and contributing to countless Democratic victories across Illinois. Whether working in government or politics, Jeremy remains committed to advancing policies that grow the economy, support working families, and deliver meaningful results.

Today, Jeremy works with candidates, labor organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and public-sector clients to navigate the intersection of policy, politics, and government. He helps clients develop winning strategies, build effective coalitions, engage stakeholders, navigate legislative and regulatory challenges, and communicate complex issues in ways that resonate with decision-makers and the public. His approach is rooted in practical problem-solving, thoughtful strategy, and a belief that lasting success comes from earning trust and delivering results.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ripon College and a Master of Public Administration in Government Finance from Northern Illinois University. He lives on Chicago's Northwest Side with his wife, Jenni, their three children, Henry, Eddie, and Charlotte, and their dog, Cooper. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, tackling home improvement projects, and coaching youth sports.
