Adina started her career as a behavior psychologist working 10 years in the nonprofit sector. Additionally, Adina broadened her hands-on psychology field work employed as a federal civilian for the US Army as a sexual assault response coordinator.

Prior to joining Mercury Adina had in worked primarily in private sector sales and marketing positions for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals.

Adina holds a BA from State University of NY at Plattsburgh, and MA in Psychology from Russell Sage Graduate School. Adina resides in Saratoga Springs with her daughter Maria.
