Robyn Cronin serves as Head of Talent Acquisition specializing in consultative executive search services. In this role, Robyn is responsible for partnering with leaders on the process and strategy for effectively finding, attracting, and landing top talent to support business objectives.
Having spent over 10 years working and living internationally with the U.S. Department of State, Robyn has a perspective and appreciation for building and maintaining effective relationships in multi-cultural environments. Robyn has recruited high level executives in a variety of disciplines and has experience hiring exceptional talent to meet demanding and unique requirements in government, development, technology, and education.
Prior to moving overseas, Robyn worked at a consulting company in New York and Washington, DC. Along the way, she has developed recruiting programs that delivered dynamic talent to organizational leaders. Robyn understands the importance of process, strategy, pipeline management, and effective negotiations needed to secure top candidates. Robyn effectively manages the recruitment cycle-both internally and externally-ensuring the highest-level of candidate care.
Robyn earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University, and her MBA in Marketing from American University. Robyn is originally from the Washington, DC area, but spends most of her time at the Delaware coast with her husband, Dan and college aged kids, Ryan and Kaitlyn.
