Antoine Simons is Director in Mercury’s New York City office, where he specializes in Information Technology with a keen focus on cybersecurity, positive client and user experiences, as well as fast user adoption.

Prior to joining Mercury, Antoine worked at Villa & House as a Sr. IT Manager, where he lead teams responsible for the delivery of world class solutions, services and support across the organization.
This consisted of ownership disaster recovery & business continuity, application development, and end-user support for individuals in all roles and geographies across the company (including executives).

This also included infrastructure, asset, and vendor management as well as defining and executing continuous process improvements across all aspects of IT.

Prior to Villa & House, Antoine worked at Stone Source as IT Manager where he lead and directed the IT department overseeing workflow, quality, and performance.

He ensured delivery of  critical IT systems, service, and business continuity solutions. He managed department budgets, capital plans, procurement, and technology roadmap.
He oversaw the successful merger and integration of two new business units over an 18-month period.

Antoine graduated from Fordham University with a M.S. in Cybersecurity and from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Telecommunications.  He also holds several widely recognized IT industry certifications.

Antoine proudly serves as a Board member for Technology for Families in Need (TechFIN) a Brooklyn based IT non-profit with the mission of narrowing the digital divide by providing low-income families computers at no cost.
