Deanne Braveman, Esq. is a Senior Vice President in Mercury’s Albany office and brings over a decade’s worth of experience in government relations and compliance with campaign finance and lobbying laws.

Prior to joining Mercury, Deanne worked as a government relations consultant where she advised businesses, trade associations, labor organizations and non-profits on their legislative advocacy efforts. She has a particular expertise in helping clients navigate the New York State budget process and building strong alliances around public policy initiatives.

Early in her career, Deanne served as a New York State Senate Graduate Fellow, where she saw firsthand the process of governing in New York State and developed relationships on both sides of the aisle.

Deanne received a B.A. in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a J.D. from Albany Law School. In 2015, she was named to the Albany Rising Stars “40 Under 40” list by City & State.
