Elias first joined the firm as an intern in January of 2024 and before becoming a full time Associate in August of the same year. While interning at Mercury, he graduated with a B.A. in History from New York University.

Prior to joining Mercury, Elias interned for Assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar and Global Strategy Group. His previous campaign experience includes working on Congressman Max Rose’s re-election campaign and Manhattan District Attorney candidate Tali Weinstein’s campaign.
