Jordan Raccah is a Senior Associate of Digital Communications based in New York City and a native New Yorker. She graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, after studying at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, and La Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Jordan has extensive experience in digital marketing and community management. She previously worked at Nine Orchard as a Marketing and Community Manager, where she developed and executed marketing plans, managed editorial volumes and local programming, and created strong content. Prior to that, she worked at Universal McCann, managing media plans for clients such as Sony Pictures, Spotify, and CVS. In addition, Jordan had a Fellowship with Mobilization for Justice in Marketing and Development, where she led outreach programs and managed relationships with community-based organizations throughout New York City. She is skilled in media planning and buying, optimization, and performance analysis, as well as digital communications and event marketing. Jordan leverages data to optimize touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
