Prior to joining Mercury, Nancy was a managing partner of the Health Law practice at O’Connell and Aronowitz in Albany. She concentrates in the area of health care enterprise development and transactions, advising both for-profit and not-for- profit clients. Her clients include corporate clients, individual healthcare practitioners, owners and administrators of health care facilities, mental health facilities, senior residences, assisted living facilities, home care services agencies, and physicians’ groups.
Nancy speaks regularly on topics involving health care licensing, corporate formation, not-for- profit corporate issues, Board of Directors best practices and corporate compliance, and various issues in health law, to trade associations, practice groups, and for State and County Bar Associations. Nancy was the recipient of the 2016 Kimberly A. Trioisi-Paton Leadership Award presented by the Capital District Women’s Bar Association. She is the recipient of the Legal Aid Society Distinguished Service Award and is listed in the publication Outstanding Young Women in America.
