Managing Director
Brette most recently served as Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Liaison, where she played a key role in connecting stakeholders from all sectors and walks of life to the work and priorities of the White House.
Prior to the White House, Brette was the Director of Strategic Political Stakeholder Engagement for the Donald J. Trump for President 2024 campaign and the Republican National Committee. In this position, she led national outreach efforts to build and strengthen relationships with key political, grassroot, and issue-based constituencies across the country; overseeing a broad portfolio of partnerships and public-facing initiatives aimed at coalition-building and mobilization.
Her public service began in the White House during President Trump’s first administration in January 2018, where she started as a White House intern. Through hard work and dedication, she rose through the ranks and held a number of different roles during her 3 years in the first administration in the White House Management Office and the White House Office of Presidential Advance.
Brette brings a strong background in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and political strategy to the firm. Her focus at Mercury will be utilizing those skills as well as directly advocating on behalf of clients in front of the Trump administration and Congress.
Brette has a BS in Electronic Media and Broadcast Communications from Appalachian State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She lives in Alexandria, VA with her fiance Rob and their dog Barkley.
