Fabiola Rodriguez is a Managing Director at Mercury, based in Washington, D.C. A seasoned bilingual communications and political strategist, she brings a decade of experience in government, political campaigns, media relations, and strategic communications.
Fabiola Rodriguez is a seasoned bilingual communications and political strategist, who brings a decade of experience in government, political campaigns, media relations, and strategic communications. She applies her extensive network, and political and communications experience, to achieve clients’ goals.

Fabiola most recently served as Deputy Hispanic Media Director on the Harris for President campaign and under the Biden-Harris administration as a Spokesperson and Press Secretary to U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona. In this role, she managed a press team responsible for advancing the Biden-Harris messaging priorities. Prior to joining the Biden-Harris administration, Fabiola served as Deputy
Communications Director to former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder at the National Democratic Redistricting Committee. In this position, Fabiola supported Attorney General Eric Holder and the organization in developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure fair voting rights and districts across the country.

Fabiola also served as Deputy National Press Secretary and Hispanic Media Advisor at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and as a press secretary and legislative staffer to several California members in the U.S. House of Representatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Latin American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz and is working on a master’s degree in Political Communication at the Johns Hopkins University.

Fabiola is a native of California's San Joaquin Valley and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
