Isabella Rengifo is a Public Affairs Associate in Mercury's Fort Lauderdale office, where she supports clients through government relations, policy research, and strategic communications.

Based in Florida, Isabella works with clients on public affairs and advocacy initiatives by conducting policy research, tracking legislation, developing strategic communications, and collaborating with elected officials, government agencies, and community organizations to advance client objectives.

Prior to joining Mercury, Isabella served as a Public Affairs Specialist and previously as a Public Affairs Intern at Capital City Consulting, where she supported government relations and stakeholder engagement efforts on local, state, and federal issues. She also gained federal government experience as a Legislative Intern for U.S. Representative Kathy Castor, assisting with constituent services, drafting official correspondence, representing the office at community events, and helping connect constituents with federal resources.

Additionally, Isabella served as a Research Assistant at the University of South Florida's Center for Sustainable Democracy, conducting public opinion research to assess constituent satisfaction with local elected officials and presenting recommendations to strengthen civic engagement and government responsiveness.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Isabella is passionate about public policy, public affairs, and fostering meaningful relationships among government, businesses, and the communities they serve.

Isabella earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
