Director
Jordan Snarski is a Director in Mercury’s Washington, D.C. office, where she supports the firm’s government relations and public affairs practices. Jordan joined Mercury in early 2025 and advanced to Associate through 2026. Jordan works across a diverse portfolio of industries and policy areas, including but not limited to healthcare, energy, technology, and international affairs.

Before Mercury, Jordan served as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland’s Center for Global Sustainability, producing analyses and recommendations on international, federal, and sub-national energy policy. She also previously worked in the Strategy Division of FEMA’s Office of Policy and Program Analysis, where she supported initiatives focused on long-term strategic planning and organizational resilience.

Jordan graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in government and politics. She holds minors in international development and conflict management and sustainability studies. During her time at the University of Maryland, Jordan completed a fellowship with the university’s Global Fellows Program in the global health challenges and water security concentration. Jordan is born and raised in Randolph, New Jersey, but currently resides in the DMV area.
