Senior Associate
Lily is a Senior Associate in Mercury’s New York City office, where she supports the government relations and communications teams.
Before joining Mercury, Lily held policy research roles at leading think tanks, nonprofit organizations, and political campaigns in Washington, D.C., including the Brookings Institution, the American Enterprise Institute, and Legal Aid DC.
Lily earned a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from the George Washington University and an M.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
