Senior Associate
Sebastian Leon is a Senior Associate in Mercury’s Fort Lauderdale office, where he supports government relations and public affairs initiatives.
Sebastian previously worked for ranking member Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz as an aide in her Broward office. He also served as an organizer for Equality Florida, the state’s largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization. Most recently, he worked as campaign manager for one of the most competitive state house races in South Florida.
Sebastian is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he was Student Government’s Supervisor of Elections, and interned with former Senator Bill Nelson, Congresswoman Kathy Castor, and at the firm of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Tallahassee, Florida.
